What counts as a device?

Anything Pingmon watches as a single thing: a radio, a switch, a server, a Victron installation. A device with twenty interfaces still counts as one device.

What happens if I outgrow a plan?

Nothing breaks. Existing devices and users keep running; you are asked to move up a plan before adding more. We do not delete your data or silently stop monitoring.

Do you need a contract?

No. Plans are month to month.
